If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you and let you confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in case of suspected fraud, resale, or an address we can't verify.

Stilla products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Individual results vary.

The Stilla name, logo, product photography, and site copy are the property of Stilla and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stilla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
