When you place an order, we collect:

• Name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number
• Payment details — processed and stored by our payment processor, never by us
• Order history and communication with our support team

When you browse the site, we collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed) through cookies and privacy-respecting analytics.

• Process orders, ship products, and provide customer support
• Manage subscriptions and send transactional email (order, shipping, renewal)
• Send marketing emails — only if you opted in, and always with a one-click unsubscribe
• Improve the site, understand what's working, and detect fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

We share the minimum necessary data with vetted partners who help us run Stilla:

• Shopify — commerce platform and checkout
• Payment processors — to charge your card securely
• Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, and our 3PL partner
• Email provider — for transactional and (opt-in) marketing email

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

You can request a copy of the data we have on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale/share"). To exercise any of these, email privacy@stilla.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We keep order and account data for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Stilla is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
