Our 30-day guarantee
Try Stilla for a full 30 nights. If it isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund your first bottle in full. You don't need to send it back — please pass it along or recycle the bottle responsibly.
The guarantee applies to your first order of each product, one bottle per household.
How to request a refund
Email hello@stilla.co within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a short note about your experience. We reply within one business day and issue refunds within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement free of charge.
Subscription orders
Refunds on subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your renewal shipped before you had a chance to skip or cancel, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. You can manage your subscription at any time from your account — changes made before the renewal date always take effect for the next shipment.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they're handed to the carrier — usually within a few hours of placing them. After that, they're on the way and covered by the guarantee above.
