Your saved payment method is charged the day your next shipment is prepared. We send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal so you always have time to skip or update.

If a payment fails, we'll retry twice over the following 5 days and email you. If it still can't be processed, the subscription is paused until you update your card.

Your subscription price is locked in at the price you signed up at. If we ever need to change subscription pricing, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance so you can decide what to do.
