Our standards

Nothing hidden.
Nothing borrowed from marketing.

Most supplement labels are written to sell. Ours is written so a pharmacist can read it and know exactly what's in the bottle. Below is the full specification for our Magnesium Glycinate.

Form

Magnesium bis-glycinate

Magnesium bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Among the best-absorbed forms of magnesium in published human studies, and gentle on digestion — unlike oxide, which is poorly absorbed and often causes GI distress.

Elemental dose

275 mg per serving

From 2,500 mg of magnesium glycinate. The label lists both the compound and its elemental yield — the number that actually matters for dosing. No proprietary blends.

Serving size

3 capsules · 30 servings

90 capsules per bottle. One bottle is a 30-day supply at the intended nightly dose.

Other ingredients

Hypromellose capsule. Nothing else.

Plant-based capsule shell. No magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no artificial colors, no fillers, no flow agents.

Testing

Third-party tested, every batch

Independent lab verification for identity, potency, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), and microbial contaminants. Certificate of Analysis available on request.

Manufacturing

United States

Produced in an FDA-registered facility operating under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP, 21 CFR Part 111).

Free from

Gluten, dairy, soy, GMOs

Formulated for adults with common dietary sensitivities. Vegan-friendly capsule.

What's not on the label

Stimulants, melatonin, herbs, proprietary blends

One ingredient. One job. If we can't defend it in a clinical context, it doesn't ship.

Certificate of Analysis

Every batch we produce is sent to an independent laboratory before it ships. The Certificate of Analysis lists the assayed elemental magnesium content and confirms the batch meets our specifications for heavy metals and microbial limits.
