Shipping

Stilla currently ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping: $4.95. Free on orders over $35, and free on every Subscribe & Save order regardless of amount.

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment partner in the United States. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Most US orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipping. Delivery windows may extend during holidays or severe weather. Carriers include USPS and UPS; the choice is based on your zip code.

Subscribe & Save orders ship on the same 30-day cadence as your subscription renewal. You can skip a shipment, change the frequency, or cancel anytime from your account.

If your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark early. If it still hasn't shown up, or arrived damaged, email hello@stilla.co within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll replace it at no cost.
